Hi, I’m Izelle de Jager,

founder of Orange Speck. I started my professional career in photography in 2011, under my maiden name, Izelle Labuschagne Photography. I’m now based in Cape Town and the West Coast but started my career covering the Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and Mpumalanga regions.

I’ve dabbled in many areas of photography, starting with assisting in studios, moving on to events and model portfolios, specialising in lifestyle and weddings, and corporate and product studio photography.

Orange Speck is a coming-togetherness of all my creative aspirations and accumulative experience in the field. It’s a celebration of photography, the artform I express myself with best. A ceaseless love for creating via the marriage of light, emotions and fleeting moments.
